Note on a sign: Turmwindmühle "Bovenkruyver", Feldbrandklinkerbau erbaut um 1840, 1936 Einstellung des Betriebs, II. Weltkrieg starke Zerstörung, 1984 umfassende Renovierung. Der letzte Müller war ein Herr Gommann, daher auch "Gommansche Mühle".
