Queen Elizabeth's Oak

This tree known as Queen Elizabeth's Oak and is thought to have been planted in the 12th Century. It has traditions linking it with Elizabeth I, Henry VIII and his Queen Anne Boleyn. It was also used as a lock-up for park offenders.
