Burgruine Attinghausen

The Burgruine Attinghausen in the Swiss canton of Uri was built in the first half of the 13th century by the Lords of Attinghausen-Schweinsberg and was, around 1240, the centre of a large feudal estate, until it was destroyed by fire in 1358. The ruins were excavated and conserved in 1897/98.
