Schloss Wartensee
Location: Sempach Station, Luzern, Schweiz/Suisse/Svizzera/Svizra
Schloss Wartensee in the Swiss canton of Lucerne stands on the site of a castle of the Lords of Wartensee that was destroyed in 1386; a Gothic stone house was built there in 1524, along with a chapel from 1619, surrounded by a ring wall. The property was owned by the Schnyder von Wartensee family from 1647 to 1820 and is not open to the public.
