Burg Sola
Location: Glarus Süd, Glarus, Schweiz/Suisse/Svizzera/Svizra
Burg Sola in Glarus was probably built in the second half of the 12th century and inhabited until the first half of the 13th century; after the 1713 village fire in Obersool, the ruin was used as a quarry. It was excavated and conserved in 1927-29 and is now accessible.
